	RICHARD M. COLOMBIK JD, CPA Richard M. Colombik is an award winning Attorney, CPA with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence with Distinction, who was formerly on the tax staff of one of the world's wealthiest families. Mr. Colombik has also been a tax manager at a Big Four accounting firm, the State Bar's liaison to the Internal Revenue Service, Vice President of the American Association of Attorney-CPAs, Vice Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Tax Section of the General Practice Council, as well as the past Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Federal Tax Committee. Mr. Colombik is currently on the liaison committee to the Washington, D.C. National Office of the IRS for the American Association of Attorney-CPA's Inc., is a member of the Asset Protection Committee, ABA, and is a member of the Offshore Institute. Mr. Colombik has appeared on numerous television shows, hosted a weekly radio show on tax and business planning, and authored numerous articles on income taxation, asset protection planning, IRS defense and estate planning. This is in addition to authoring a published work on Business Entity Structures offered by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, as well as being a featured speaker to business groups, civic groups, bar associations and professional groups.

February, 1982 - Current	Richard M. Colombik & Associates, P.C. Tax Partner. Research, draft and review financial, estate and income tax reduction plans for individual as well as corporate clients. Extensive IRS representation. Started a sole practice and built it into a fifty person firm offering Domestic and International Tax Planning, Business Entity Selection Studies, Complex Estate Plans and Income Tax Reduction, Fringe Benefit and Retirement Plan Analysis.

August, 1980 - February, 1982	Touche Ross & Co., Tax Manager. Researched and drafted estate, financial and income tax plans. Review of tax compliance as well as drafting IRS Appellate Conference arguments. Promoted in practice group within one year and reviewed the work of eight professional within such group. Appeared at numerous speaking engagements and in the press on behalf of the firm.

April, 1976 - November, 1977	Henry Crown (Illinois) and Company. Private Tax Staff of the Crown Family. Accounting responsibility for financial transactions of numerous trusts, individual and family partnerships. Tax research, compliance, planning and interest free loans, i.e., Crown Loans.
